ВВЕДЕНИЕ. Совершенствование системы образования Украины направлено на решение важнейшей стратегической задачи – духовное преобразование современного общества. Новые подходы к человеку, к реализации индивидуальных и социальных ценностей в любой сфере его деятельности, в том числе и экономической, должны опираться на психологические знания. «Психология деятельности и учебный менеджмент» - новая интегральная дисциплина, представляющая собой синтез отраслей двух наук, психологии и педагогики. Главная цель курса «Психология деятельности и учебный менеджмент» - сформировать теоретические знания психологических основ человеческой деятельности, в том числе профессиональной, возможностей самоуправления и самообразования, а также заложить основы элементарных педагогических умений.
