Способ вращения вокруг проецирующей прямой

 

Этот способ является частным случаем способа плоскопараллельного перемещения. При вращении точки вокруг проецирующей прямой на одной плоскости проекций описывается окружность, а на другой – отрезок прямой, параллельный оси проекций и равный диаметру окружности. Поэтому графические и аналитические алгоритмы построения соответственных точек в этих способах, отличаясь в деталях, не отличаются в принципе от способа плоскопараллельного перемещения.

Таким образом, способ вращения вокруг проецирующей прямой обладает свойствами плоскопараллельного перемещения и в ряде случаев более удобен для решения задач.

Рассмотрим пример решения задач этим способом.

Определить натуральную длину отрезка [AB]. Для упрощения графического решения этой задачи горизонтально проецирующую ось вращения ί выберем проходящей через точку В (рисунок 3.7). Тогда точка В останется неподвижной (В1=В'12=В'2), и нужно построить лишь повернутое положение точки А. Точка А описывает окружность p, в горизонтальной плоскости уровня. Поэтому p 2 = Ф2, p 1 – окружность с центром в ί1,и радиусом равным отрезку A1B1.

Отрезок А'2В'2 определит натуральную длину ½АВ ½, если [АВ] будет фронталью, т. е. его горизонтальная проекция А1B1 будет перпендикулярна линии связи.

Задача: Определим натуральную величину треугольника АВС т.е. решим третью и четвертую основные задачи способом вращения вокруг проецирующей прямой.

Приведем сначала то решение задачи, когда осями вращения служат проецирующие прямые. Первый поворот треугольника ABC был сделан вокруг вертикальной оси ί1, проходящей через вершину С (рисунок 3.7 а).

В результате плоскость общего положения стала фронтально проецирующей, т.е. первый этап преобразования является точным повторением решения задачи 3. Далее можно проделать второй поворот на угол φ вокруг оси, проходящей через вершину В'2 перпендикулярно плоскости П2. Фронтальные проекции всех вершин треугольника будут перемещаться по концентрическим дугам, проведенным из точки В'2, как из центра, а горизонтальные – по прямым, перпендикулярным линиям связи. После поворота на угол φ плоскость треугольника оказалась параллельной П1. Следовательно, горизонтальная проекция A''1B''1C''1 треугольника без искажения определяет его форму, т.е. натуральную величину треугольника АВС.

Рассмотрев три способа преобразования комплексного чертежа, можно сделать выводы:

а) во всех способах первая и третья основные задачи решаются одним преобразованием – заменой одной плоскости проекций, одним плоскопараллельным движением и одним вращением вокруг проецирующей прямой;

б) вторая и четвертая задачи решаются композицией двух преобразований.

Таким образом, область применения всех рассмотренных преобразований одна и та же. Использование их в каждом конкретном случае зависит от дополнительных факторов. Например, способ плоскопараллельного движения позволяет удобно располагать проекции фигуры на всем поле чертежа и избежать наложения проекций. В способе замены плоскостей проекций, проекции фигуры и ее образа на одной плоскости проекций тождественны, что уменьшает количество вспомогательных построений. В способе вращения вокруг проецирующей прямой также выбором оси вращения удается уменьшить количество вспомогательных построений.
