Есеп №1.Патологоанатомиялық бөлімшеге инфекциялық емханадан 30 жастағы ер кісінің денесі әкелінді. Сырхатнама: дене температурасы 40 С дейін көтерілген, әлсіздік, өзін нашар сезіну, тершеңдік. Объективті тексерген кезде қабыну үрдістері көрінеді. Бір күн өткеннен кейін психикалық қабыну мен ауыр тыныс жетіспеушілігі қосылған. Лабораторияда ауыз жұтқыншақтан А тобындағы вирус анықталды. Бас миының жартышарларын ашып қарағанда ми ісінген, мидың жұмсақ қабығының барлық бөлігі кенеттен ісінген, толақанды, қан құйылу ошақтары бар. Патологоанатомдық диагноз қойылды: жедел респираторлы вирустық инфекция (вирус А). Екіжақты маңызды-геморрагиялық пневмония. Диффузды геморрагиялық менингит.
