Project Agreement should include also signatures of all volunteers involved in the Activity/Activities listed in table attached to EVS application.
The parties certify that all information contained in this agreement is certified truthful and accurate and that no relevant information has been withheld.
Tasks for the volunteer: please describe briefly The volunteer will be offered work with children and teenagers at one of our centres. He will be able to assists our staff in running their regular programs (music, art, plays, language training, etc) as well as take on her own initiatives such as organizing international youth gathering. Besides assisting in our regular programs, based on their personal skills and training, the participants of our volunteer program will be able to offer and run their own children workshops (e.g. sports, computer, foreign language, art, etc). In the past, individual presentation of volunteer's country's history and traditions seemed to generate the most interest among our young audience. Trainings for the volunteer: please describe which National Agency/organization is responsible for the trainings Pre-Departure Training, organized by: Youth NGO “Iskra” On-Arrival Training, organized by Polish National Agency Mid-Term Meeting, organized by Polish National Agency. National Agencies of the Youth in Action Programme organize all relevant trainings in the Programme Countries for volunteers who, at the time of the activity are in the country (eg. Pre-departure and Final evaluation in the sending country, on-arrival and mid-term in the hosting country). To enroll the volunteer for such a the training we contact relevant National Agencies of the Youth in Action Programme. For the trainings that shall take place in a Neighboring Partner Country in Eastern Europe and Caucasus we contact SALTO Eastern Europe & Caucasus RC - eeca@salto-youth.net and for the South East Europe we contact SALTO South East Europe RC see@salto-youth.net Practical arrangements for the volunteer: please describe the arrangements for the volunteer Food: Volunteer will get money for food every month from coordinating institution. Accommodation: Volunteer will be accommodated in a room with access to kitchen and bathroom. The practical arrangements (working hours, days off per week, holidays): Volunteer will work from Monday to Friday, no longer than 6 hours a day. Usually from 1 p.m to 7 p.m. Volunteer will have 2 days off per month (24 days a year). All polish holidays are also free for volunteer. Pocket money: Volunteer will get pocket money every month- 85 euro (in polish zlotys). Local transport: Volunteer will get monthly ticket for trams and buses in Krakow (including the workplace to the residence) Language support: Language support will be arranged by coordinating institution. Trainings and support: Volunteer will take part in the trainings offered by Polish National Agency. He will have special training organized by hosting institution connected to her tasks in the project. Other training can be arranged due to volunteer’s will and possibilities of coordinating and hosting institution. Applicant organization/sending organization/hosting organization [2] is responsible for the volunteer’s insurance, all the parties are obliged to get acquainted with the insurance rules. Grant
The applicant organization will transfer the money as follows:
Payment costs sending organization: after the activity. Payment with an invoice made by sending organization. Travel costs will be paid to sending organization after giving tickets, boarding pass and invoice to coordinating institution. The total amount of the ticket price is 100 EUR. The coordinating organization received the 90% of the tickets price, what is 90 EUR. The missing 10% are covered by the volunteer. If the ticket would cost less that the 90 EUR the rule of 10% missing is the same. Project costs must be fully justified with invoices or acceptable accounting receipts.[5]
All parties are obliged to emphasise the support of the Youth in Action Programme in the all informational materials or activities financed within the grant in the following way: “This [publication, video, or other activity] was made possible through support provided by the European Community Youth in Action Programme”.
Any difficulties or problems connected with the performance of the project will be settled by amicable agreement between the signatories, if necessary with the help of the National Agency / the Commission.
