PROJECT OVERVIEW
PROJECT BACKGROUND
AIESEC is the largest global, non-political, independent and non -profit organization run by students and recent graduates who are interested in world issues, leadership and management. Its aim is to help members discover their potential and make a positive impact on society by offering young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment. What makes AIESEC unique is the youth driven impactful experience that it offers to its members. There will be one day presentation in KBTU about AIESEC international internships and how students can involve in it.
PROJECT PRODUCT
The project is about to engage students KBTU participate in such international internships, as well as the signing of a memorandum between KBTU and AIESEC, where AIESEC will provide the data about KBTU interns.
PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
QUALITY PLANNING:
The main objective of the project is to open an opportunities to international internships by AIESEC for KBTU students. Therefore, the good quality of this project is to organize interesting conference with representatives of AIESEC-Almaty organization for students of KBTU.
DEFINE PROJECT QUALITY:
The act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, as well as quality control and quality improvement.
The well doing of the properties below are defining the success of the project:
· Conference will be on time;
· There will be AIESEC representatives;
· The conference will be in one of the rooms of KBTU; · Useful for KBTU’s students. · Getting good questionnaires from students · To arrange with AIESEC staff, that they will provide information about KBTU students, whose participate in AIESEC for KBTU departments.
MESURE PROJECT QUALITY:
Let’s talk about sub – objectives of the project as follows:
o To support upper graduate students about professional internships and provide positive integration among AIESEC and KBTU students. o Take the number of students, whose fill questionnaires to participate at AIESEC after seminar.
The success of the project will be measured by the degree of completion of the objectives described above.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
We can see the quality assurance of this project by analyzing the opinion of students and AIESEC representatives. Many students liked the theme of the conference, as many are not aware of the existence of such an organization, while at the same time, representatives of AIESEC agreed to organize a special registration day for students of KBTU which will be held in January in our building.
QUALITY CONTROL
With help of my assistances, controlling quality will be much easier. Because, we sent email
distributions for many students, also we advertised this conference social networks like
instagram and vk. And at the end of the project we took questionnaires from students, and
found that the conference was useful for 701% of participants.
