| Basics of the law study the social relations as result of state - jurally influence, therewith precepts of law as a sort of social norms, and the state as the political organization of society, that forms a broad ken, allowing the student to understand in a complex the political and legal phenomena occurring in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the modern world

| Course studying should be active, instead of passive; therefore the student should regularly prepare to employment and carry out all tasks, which should be presented in set terms.
