4) Complaints / Рекламации Если вам приходится писать письмо-рекламацию, делайте это сразу после обнаружения ошибки, брака и т.п. Нет необходимости начинать письмо с извинений (We regret to inform you... или I am sorry to have to write to you about...). Это лишь ослабит вашу позицию.
