European Integration has really become the topic of the day. While European Union extends its borders and develops integration processes, the issues of self-identification, self-determination, and diversity become more critical in all areas: policy, economy, culture, education. Creation of conscious research dialog on the issues of European integration, cross-cultural analysis and forms of diversity in European field becomes an important task for most countries.

Scientists, politicians, journalists, businessmen, graduate and postgraduate students, teachers are invited to participate in the event.

 

 

The roundtable discussion will focus on the following topics:

· Future prospects of the European project: unity and diversity, integration and regionalizing

· Russia and the EU: educational policy, identity, cross-cultural studies

· Future development of the EU member states in the modern global context

· EU enlargement to the East: problems and prospects for the future

· The image of Europe in modern art

One of the key speakers is prof. Krzysztof Koseła, the Dean of Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology, University of Warsaw (Poland)
