Security Council

 

bearing in mind the principles of the Charter of the UN and responsibilities of the Security

Council, recalling resolutions 1160 (1998) of 31 March 1998, 1199 (1998) of 23 September

1998, 1203 (1998) of 24 October 1998 and 1239 (1999) of 14 May 1999,

 

regretting that these resolutions were not completely followed,

 

condemning all acts of violence in Kosovo and expressing sincere condolences to victims,

 

determined to ensure safety and security of international personnel responsibilitiesand

acting for these purposes under the Chapter VII,

 

1. affirms the need for the rapid early deployment of effective international civil and security presences to Kosovo, and demands that the parties cooperate fully in their deployment;

 

2. decides that the responsibilities of the international security presence will be deployed and acting in Kosovo will include:

a) suspension of new hostilities,

b) demilitarization of the Kosovo Liberation Army andwithdrawal of all troops except the forces of presence,

c) representation of temporary administrative power,

d) observation of the process of democratic elections,

e) protection of borders of Kosovo by peaceful means,

f) control of the maintenance of order and suppression of the human rights violations,

g) providing all necessary humanitarian help and supporting the restoration of inner infrastructure;

 

3. calls upon the UN to organize the special mission, which will consist of members from all the countries concerned;

 

4. proclaims to establish the special term of three years since adopting present resolution for stabilizing the situation in Kosovo:

a) restoration of the region’s economics,

b) providing appropriate conditions for establishing institutions of self-governing,

c) revealing and investigating cases of human rights’ violation;

5. recommends convening a new session of the Security Council for analyzing the situation in three years and earlier in the case of radical need;

6. to handle the situation further.

Я торжественно решаю перед Богом взять полную ответственность за себя мою жену и моих детей

Я БУДУ любить их защищать их служить им учить их Божьему Слову как духовный лидер моего дома

Я БУДУ верен своей жене чтобы любить и уважать ее и быть готовым отдать мою жизнь за нее как Иисус Христос сделал для меня

Я БУДУ благословлять своих детей и учить их любить Бога всем своим сердцем всем разумом и всей силой

Я БУДУ обучать их чтить власть и жить ответственно

Я БУДУ противостоять злу добиваться правосудия и любить милосердие

Я БУДУ молиться за других и относиться к ним с добротой уважением и состраданием

Я БУДУ усиленно работать чтобы обеспечить нужды моей семьи

Я БУДУ прощать своих обидчиков и примирюсь с теми кого обидел я

Я БУДУ учиться на своих ошибках каяться в своих грехах и с достоинством ходить как муж подотчетный Богу

Я БУДУ искать чтобы прославить Бога, быть верным Его церкви, повиноваться Его слову и Его воли

Я БУДУ отважно исполнять с Божьей помощью это решение до конца моей жизни для Его славы

 

А я и дом мой будем служить Господу
