Man and Nature
Many, many years ago a man lived in harmony with nature because industry was not much developed. Nowadays we live in rapid scientific and technological progress time. The protection of nature has become one of the most actual problems of our century. The intensive development of industry had a bad influence on the nature of the whole world. It results in air pollution. The living resources of the sea are also coming to the end. The accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in April 26, 1986 caused radioactive contamination of a vast area around the plant. So environmental pollution is great today. The pollution of air, oceans, seas, rivers and lakes can lead our planet to the global catastrophe. The Earth is our home. We must take care of it. People’s duty is to keep the land, air and water clean. Not only factories pollute our nature, but people also throw tins, cans, packs, bottles and papers into the rivers, forests and lakes. So people pollute our nature every day. We must not do it. We must take care of the nature and of the animals, fishes and birds who live there. These living beings can disappear forever.
