Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Systems
The Cargo Scan systems are state-of-the-art portal high-energy scanners for inspection loaded vehicles (container or general cargo), designed especially requirements of high throughput and cost-effective screening cargo. Thanks to drive-through operation mode allowing the vehicle to be driven through portal configuration directly, the traffic flow will not be impeded by inspection process. The systems enable screening the vehicle/container automatically at up to 150-180 units per hour with steel penetration up to 270-300 mm. The ADANI selected approach would be possible to integrate cargo screening systems into normal cargo operational flow. This would reduce the overall operational area, maintain a clean traffic flow and minimize total costs of screenings. Movable cargo inspection system with compact 5 MeV-accelerator is cost-effective solution for the detection of illegal consignments inside trucks and sealed containers in free-flow mode operation. It can up to 270 mm steel penetration and inspect 150-180 containers per hour depends on energy. All system components, including the X-ray portal, control and X-ray modules are designed for easy disassembly and relocation during few days.
Mobile cargo inspection system is designed for the x-ray screening of fully loaded containers and trucks. Its 100% mobility is perfectly suited for spot checks in any location. The scanner with 5 MeV-accelerator can penetrate up to 270 mm of steel and inspect 150-180 trucks per hour.
