· To be able to explain the methods of increasing the contrast and brightness of images at fluoroscopy.

Tasks on the theme:

1. X-ray.

2. Connection between photon energy and wavelength.

3. Principal scheme of the X-ray apparatus.

4. Types of X-radiation and difference between them.

Methods of the control of formed on SIW competencies:

1. Preparing and defence of presentation.

2. Answering to the additional questions.

3. Elucidate the degree of understanding of work context that testifies about the improving of self-

education.

Form of performance:preparing the presentation.

Criteria of performance:

Requirements for the design and execution of a presentation:

· Extent: 10-15 slides in the presentation.

· It is recommended to use 5-6 different sources of information.

· Structure of the presentation: title page, contents, introduction, main part, animations, conclusion and bibliography (references).

Deadline:a student has to perform and hand over the works strictly according to the timetable.

Criteria of the assessment: performance of the independent work is evaluated in points according to the extent and quality of executed task.
