Приложение В. Соответствие между стандартами ISO 9004:2009 и ISO 9001:2008
(информативное) Соответствие между стандартами ISO 9004:2009 и ISO 9001:2008 Таблица В.1 показывает соответствие между ISO 9001:2008 и настоящим Международным Стандартом и как один стандарт дополняет другой. ISO 9001 устанавливает требования для системы менеджмента качества, которые могут быть использованы для внутреннего применения в организациях или для сертификации, или для целей, связанных с заключением контрактов, и которые ориентированы на результативность системы менеджмента качества в удовлетворении требований потребителей. Настоящий Международный Стандарт дает руководство организациям, высшее руководство которых стремится выйти за пределы требований стандарта ISO 9001 с тем, чтобы принимать во внимание потребности и ожидания всех заинтересованных сторон и их удовлетворение, обеспечивая систематическое и непрерывное улучшение деятельности организации.
