Результаты проведенного исследования показали небольшое, но со статистической точки зрения значимое повышение уровня гликозиляции-гемоглобина (HbAlс), начиная с базисной линии среди пациентов, принимавших сукралозу, в сравнении с показателями другой группы (модем I: табличная поправка величиной 0,007 процента, р = 0,005; модем 2: табличная поправка величиной 0,006 процента, р = 0,012) {ссылка 42). Этот HbAlc-эффект наблюдался среди пациентов, принимавших сук-рал оэу, после первого месяца лечения, причем в дальнейшем он если и увеличивался, то очень незначительно (табличная поправка варьировалась в пределах 0,006-0,008 процента, p<1s-thn-eq>0,0043). В целом же в течение тестовой фазы исследования никаких статистически значимых изменений по сравнению с базисной линией среди вторичных показателей гомеостаза глюкозы (глюкозы плазмы, С-пептида и инсулина сыворотки) обнаружено не было.
